You further understand and agree that we have no control over the third-party networks that you may access in connection with your use of the Game Software and that, therefore, delays and disruptions to other network transmissions are completely beyond SEGA`s control. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE WITH SEGA IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE GAME SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SEGA`S LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SEGA OR ITS AFFILIATES AND/OR AGENTS FOR THE APPLICABLE GAME SOFTWARE, GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
