The Board of Directors elects a Chairman, a Vice-President and a Secretary from among the members of the Board of Directors. The affairs and affairs of the association are managed by or under the direction of the Board of Directors. The board establishes policies and rules for the operation of the organization. The Board of Directors represents the members and works in accordance with California law, the statutes of the association and the statutes.
