The Board of Directors elects a Chairman, a Vice-President and a Secretary from among the members of the Board of Directors. The affairs and affairs of the association are managed by or under the direction of the Board of Directors. The board establishes policies and rules for the operation of the organization. The Board of Directors represents the members and works in accordance with California law, the statutes of the association and the statutes. The Board of Directors and the Executive Director implement the guidelines, rules and procedures of the Association. This part of the site contains the mission, values and visions of the community, as well as the administrative documents of the Lake Wildwood Association. Relevant documents include statutes, articles of association and relevant documents. The rest of the operational organization consists of the Director General, Human Resources and Standing and Special Committees. The organization is managed by paid staff headed by the Executive Director, who reports to the Board of Directors. The Director General formulates and implements the departmental procedures necessary for the realization of the activities of the Association.
